A seasoned marketing professional and community advocate, Erin J. Hall, is co-founder of PRONGHORN, a stand-alone business established to create a scalable template for diversifying an industry. The initial aim will be to cultivate the next generation of Black entrepreneurs, employees and executive leaders within the spirits industry through sustainable investment, incubation and recruitment.
Erin is a world-class marketer skilled at building brands. With more than 20 years of experience in spirits and consumer goods, she is an intuitive brand leader focused on maximizing sales results and consumer demand. Erin brings innovation and strategic thinking to the table and is known for her ability to build savvy consumer brands that have commercial success. She leverages the insights of her experience and real world trends to
deliver high impact brand propositions.
In addition to being the co-founder of PRONGHORN, Erin is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of Lobos 1707, an independent tequila & mezcal brand. Having joined the executive team in 2021, Hall joins the brand’s “Wolfpack” and will help lead at Lobos 1707 alongside Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Diego Osorio, and Chief ExecutiveOfficer, Dia Simms.
Prior to her current roles, Erin was the SVP, General Manager of Blue Flame Agency where she oversaw agency growth, operations, and client management. Previously, she devoted more than 10 years to Combs Enterprises, working across the company’s portfolio for brands including CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka, DeLeón Tequila and Sean John. Her
strategic eye and strong leadership led to record sales for new CÎROC Vodka variants and significantly increased sales for DeLeón Tequila. Erin also served as the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Voli Spirits where she increased sales nine-fold over three years.
