Steven is the Assistant Food and Beverage Director at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. He started his career in hotels 15 years ago as a Barista at the Hyatt Regency DFW. He grew through the ranks with Hyatt, and shared his knowledge of Food and Beverage at the Hyatt Regency Denver, Park Hyatt St. Kitts, Hyatt Regency Burlingame, and Hyatt Regency Aurora. His GO.BE.HAPPY is playing obscure board games, snowboarding, and playing with his dog “Detective Roger Murtaugh.
