Will Fulghom

President, East U.S. Region
Breakthru Beverage Group

Will Fulghom currently serves as President of the East, U.S. Region for Breakthru Beverage Group. As region president, Will oversees its business operations along with supplier and customer strategies in Maryland/DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. Will was appointed to the role in May 2023, following his 6-year career with Sysco, where he most recently served as North Florida Region President, the largest region geographically and in revenue. While with Sysco, Will led high-performing teams, gained experience in increasing revenue and profitability, and oversaw large-scale business operations.

Will is married with three children and lives in Tampa, FL. Will continuously supports non-profits like Feeding Tampa Bay and Florida Citrus Sports. Will earned his BBA in Marketing and a minor in Management from the University of Mississippi.
